TICKETS

Do I need the Underground Card from Himmel Unter Berlin to visit The Dark Rooms?

No - Himmel Unter Berlin is an independent exhibition series - which we will continue in 2025. All you need to enter "The Dark Rooms Vertical" is a valid, personalised ticket and ID. But please keep your Underground Card. Himmel Unter Berlin 2025 is being planned.

I didn't get a ticket anymore - how do I get one? ​​

We are looking for volunteers to give us 4 hours of their time. Become part of the team and receive a ticket for an evening of your choice. Please contact us at helfer@wirimraum.de with the subject "I want to help".

What is the duration of my Ticket? ​​

Your ticket is valid for the day shown on your booked ticket. Please note the time of your booked admission slot!

Can I cancel my ticket?​

Unfortunately, for organizational reasons we can not make cancellations or rebookings - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact service@loveyourartist.de.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?​

Unfortunately, we cannot make any transfers for organizational reasons. Your ticket is personalized to you - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact service@loveyourartist.de.

I would like to book multiple tickets, how to do it ? 

You can buy 2 tickets for you and your friends. Please note that you must personalize them with your name and correct email address so that everyone can receive the exact location 48 hours before the visit.

Can I change my ticket to another day?

Since the tickets are issued by an automatic system, they can not be exchanged or canceled for technical reasons - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact service@loveyourartist.de.

How much is the ticket?​

A ticket costs 32 euros and includes admission to the exhibition and a drink in our bar.

What happens if not enough tickets are sold so that the exhibition has to be cancelled?​

You will be refunded the ticket price of 32 euros + booking fee .i.e. there is no risk for you when buying tickets.

Do I have to print the ticket or is a digital version sufficient?

We ask all visitors to save the resources of our environment and to do without a paper printout.

Carrying the ticket as a mobile version is sufficient.

All tickets for a date are sold out, how can I still buy a ticket?​

If an evening is no longer available via the ticket system, we have reached the maximum capacity for that day. However, our media partners still regularly give away tickets.

Our tip: We are looking for volunteers for set-up and dismantling, as well as for on-site support of the exhibition. Everyone who helps us will receive 1 ticket for an evening of their choice. You can find more information under the menu item "Helper".

 

VISIT 

Do I have to be there on time?

We kindly ask you to be at the venue 10 minutes before the indicated start time of your ticket in order to avoid queues and to be able to guarantee a punctual entrance for all visitors. 

How long is the tour of the exhibition? ​

Estimated run time is approximately 120 minutes or more. 

Is there a dress code? 

We ask all visitors to come in black clothes to avoid unnecessary distraction from the artworks. You will be invisible in black clothes :) 

Can I bring my kids ? ​

Since this is an event with a bar from 18 years, according to the law for the protection of minors is not allowed to bring babies, children and teenagers. This also applies to teenagers. The Dark Rooms" is aimed at adults.

Can I bring animals?​

Please leave your dogs, cats, guinea pigs, goldfish and other animals at home.

According to official order, the event area as well as the catering facility is off-limits for animals.

Can I take pictures? ​

Taking photos in the exhibition is welcome, but without flash. If you mention the artists by name and link them, you make them a huge pleasure. 

Photos from outside and in the bar are forbidden. If this prohibition is violated, we reserve the right to expel the person from the place.

 

 

ARRIVAL  

Where can I find the adresse? ​​

The location is top secret. Every ticket holder will be told the address 48 hours in advance, but for planning purposes: It is located within the ring road and can be easily reached by public transport from any direction.

Are there parking spaces?

There are very limited paid parking spaces on the surrounding streets. However, we ask all car drivers to switch to public transport due to the good connections and to protect our environment. If you are looking for a parking space, please allow extra time to arrive at the entrance on time.

ACCESSIBILITY 

Is "The Dark Rooms Vertical with Boris Acket" barrier-free accessible? 

The building has many stairs, but in exceptional cases we can use the lift for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties. Please let us know in advance at contact@thedarkrooms.de so that we can provide you with someone who can use the lift properly. Thank you :)
